Everton Resources Inc. Announces $3.0 Million Non-brokered Financing MONTREAL, QC March 11, 2010 – Everton Resources Inc. (EVR: TSX-V) (the “Company”) announces a non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of up to 12,000,000 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.25 for gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one (1) common share of the Company (a “Share”) and one-half (1/2) of a common share purchase warrant (a “Warrant”). Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one (1) additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.40 for a period of twenty-four (24) months following the closing of the Offering.
