EXAIR KURZ VOR AKQUISITIONSABSCHLUSS VON VERTRAGSGESELLSCHAFT DER MALAYSIA -TELEKOM

Der Verwaltungsrat der eXair befindet sich nach 4-monatigen Verhandlungen kurz vor dem Vertragsabschluss mit einer bekannten Malaysischen Technologiegruppe, einem wichtigen Kooperations- und Vertriebspartner der staatlichen Malaysischen Telefongesellschaft, TELEKOM MALAYSIA.

Die Transaktion mit einem geschaezten Wert von ueber € 300 Millionen, wird eXair jaehrliche Umsaetze von ca € 5 Millionen fuer 2008, und ca € 40 Millionen bis zum Jahr 2010 bringen. Schon jetzt verfuegt die Malaysische Technologiegruppe ueber 1.3 Millionen Benutzer in ganz Asien und erwartet weitere jaehrliche Steigerungen im doppelstelligen Prozentbereich. Ein neues management team und Verwaltungsrat, unter dem Vorsitz eines Mitgliedes des malaysischen Koenigshauses wird voraussichtlich noch vor Ende des Jahres eingesetzt.
