exair unterzeichnet Fusionsvertrag mit EGAL

eXair hat am 11 Dezember ihre fast 6-monatigen Verhandlungen mit der malaysischen EGAL Gruppe in einer feierlichen Abschlusszeremonie im Ballsaal des Ritz Carlton Hotel’s in Kuala Lumpur erfolgreich beendet.

Unter den Anwesenden, sowie zahlreichen Vertretern der malaysischen und internationalen Presse, befand sich Lokman Razani bin Abdul Razak, ein Angehoeriger des Malaysischen Koenigshauses und Aktionaer von EGAL VENTURES, welcher ab sofort das Amt als Vorstandsvorsitzender von eXair einnehmen wird. Im Zuge der Ernennung des neuen Managements und Aufsichstsrat’s, wurde Steven Loke, Geschaeftsfuehrer der EGAL Gruppe, zum Praesidenten von eXair ernannt und Goh Mea Seng zum neuen CEO. Axel von Schubert und Jean Claude Petter treten als Direktoren zurueck und werden als ‚non-executives’ die Gruppe weiter beraten.

Durch diese Transaktion werden die Gruender der EGAL Gruppe zu Hauptaktionaeren von eXair und im Wesentlichen den Fortgang der Geschaeftstaetigkeit der eXair bestimmen.

Angekuendigt wurde bereits ein weiterer Kooperationsvertrag mit der TELEKOM MALAYSIA.
