August 21, 2009: Aerocast Inc. (CNSX: A; Germany: ØAE) announces that the company's annual and special meeting of shareholders will be held on
September 30, 2009 and that the record date for this meeting is August 26,
2009.
About Aerocast Inc.
Aerocast operates a high-growth sand-casting foundry that produces complex aluminum and magnesium castings primarily for the aerospace industry.
Customers include Honeywell Aerospace, Hamilton Sundstrand and Shimadzu Precision Instruments. Aerocast is experiencing high demand for its products and has limited competition. Aerocast's senior management team has over 110 years combined experience in the aerospace foundry industry.
