AEROCAST ANNOUNCES $1.4 MILLION YEAR-END REVENUES
September 3, 2009: Aerocast Inc. (CNSX: A; Germany: ØAE) announces that it has SEDAR filed its audited financial statements and related management’s discussion and analysis for the year ended March 31, 2009, which show that the company generated revenues of $1,437,777, up from $10,330 for the previous year. The company’s gross margins before foundry expenses totaled $488,235 for the year, compared to $nil for the year before.

Aerocast operates a high-growth sand-casting foundry that produces complex aluminum and magnesium castings primarily for the aerospace industry. Customers include Honeywell Aerospace, Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Hamilton Sundstrand and Shimadzu Precision Instruments. Aerocast is experiencing high demand for its products and has limited competition. Aerocast’s senior management team has over 110 years combined experience in the aerospace foundry industry.
