AEROCAST APPEARING AT VANCOUVER SMALL CAP CONFERENCE ON MAY 20, 2010; OFFERING OF $0.20 UNITS
May 17, 2010: Aerocast Inc. (CNSX: A; Frankfurt Stock Exchange: 0AE; www.aerocastinc.com) will be appearing at the Vancouver Small Cap Conference on Thursday, May 20, 2010 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Vancouver Convention Centre – West Building, Rooms 118 - 120. The Small Cap Conference offers an intimate look into a variety of quality investment opportunities with prominent guest speakers who will share their investment knowledge, tools, outlook and top picks and 5 - 10 brief corporate presentations from a variety of quality, small-cap companies from many different industries. The day is highlighted by a catered buffet for pre-registered investor attendees.
Admission is free with pre-registration. A registration form is available online at www.smallcapconference.ca/register.php. Investors can also register via email at register@smallcapconference.ca or by phone at 250-376-8989.
Aerocast also announces a unit offering of the Company’s securities at $0.20 per unit, where each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant exercisable for two years at $0.20 per share
