CannaOne Provides Update on CBD Mexico Marketplace with Manna Health.

Vancouver, British Columbia, May 7, 2019 -- CannaOne Technologies (CNNA: CSE/FSE: 3CT) ("CannaOne" or the "Company") is pleased to give a brief update on the soon-to-launch online CBD marketplace for Mexico in partnership with Manna Health Services SA de CV. CannaOne is currently in negotiations to change the formal service agreement into a revenue sharing partnership subject to terms and conditions to be defined in the near future. It is predicted that the Mexico online site will launch in Fall 2019 as it depends on when and if Mexican authorities permit the import and sale of CBD products within Mexico.

According to Marijuana Moment, lawmakers plan to use the summer recess, which begins May 1 and runs through August 31, to rework legislation to legalize recreational marijuana throughout Mexico. This recess period is particularly important given that the Supreme Court has imposed an October deadline to develop a regulatory plan for cannabis and hemp.
