Carl Data's FlowWorks Inc. Achieves Record Involvement at WEFTEC 2019

October 2, 2019 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Carl Data Solutions Inc. (CSE:CRL, FSE:7C5, OTC:CDTAF) (“Carl Data”), is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, FlowWorks Inc. (“FlowWorks”) achieved a record level of involvement from customers, partners and prospective clients at their exhibit last week during WEFTEC, the Water Environment Federation's Technical Exhibition and Conference. Visitors from over 20 US states and over a dozen countries including Japan, China, UAE, Mexico and the UK viewed demos of cutting-edge predictive analytic software solutions.

The number of visitors to the FlowWorks exhibit has quadrupled over the last two years. Major engineering partners, cities and municipalities were specifically seeking out new machine learning enabled data management solutions. Existing customers were impressed by how easy it was to adopt tools that could massively improve their operational efficiency by automating analytics. Long-standing client, the City of Los Angeles, included FlowWorks in one of their technical presentations, Utilizing Flow Data in Wet Weather Planning and Response Efforts.

“There is definitely a real “buzz” in the water/wastewater world about what machine learning tools can deliver,” said Kevin Marsh, FlowWorks’ President. “As more software tools are hitting the market, increasing the overall trust in these solutions, there is a synergy created. We have a five-year lead on other solution providers, and as they catch up they are actually helping increase our sales opportunities by educating prospective customers to what we have already made possible.”
