Cavitation Technologies, Inc. (CTi)Reports First Revenue
CTi achieved a number of milestones for the 3-month period ending Dec. 31, 2010. The Company reported Gross Revenue of $248,600. This revenue was attributable largely to transactions related to our NANO Reactor™ system which is designed to be used in the vegetable oil refining process to increase yield and reduce the use of chemicals. In addition, we strengthened our relationship with the n.v. DesmetBallestra Group s.a. (Desmet) by signing a Technology, License, Marketing, & Collaboration Agreement which provides Desmet a worldwide exclusive license to design, install, and integrate into vegetable oil refineries our nano reactor systems that will deploy our proprietary NANO Neutralization™ process. Desmet is a European-based global leader in the design and construction of processing and refining systems for the natural oils and fats industry. As of November 3, 2010, CTi isalsolisted on the Frankfurt (Germany) Stock Exchange (Symbol: WTC)in an effort to broaden our shareholder base with private and institutional investors in Germany and across Europe. During the quarter, CTi received the “CE Marking” certification which allows us to market our systems in the European Union.CTi’s fiscal 2011 second quarter report may be viewed at www.sec.gov.
