Bravo Gold Corp (TSX.V - BVG) (“Bravo” or the “Company”) announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the Company’s share consolidation on the basis of one (1) post-consolidation common share for every ten (10) pre-consolidation Common Shares.
