Golden Predator to Start Trading as Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. (TSX:AMB) on February 22nd, 2013
Whitehorse, Yukon, February 21st, 2013: Golden Predator Corp. (TSX: GPD) (the “Company”) announces that it has changed its corporate name from Golden Predator Corp. to Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. Effective February 22, 2013, the Company will commence trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange using its new name and under the trading symbol “AMB”. This change reflects a shift in the Company’s focus towards its royalty business.
