Hana Mining restates 2010 Annual and 2011 Quarterly Financial Statements

(“Hana” or the “Company”) - (TSX-V: HMG) (Frankfurt: 4LH) advises that together with its auditors, have identified certain deficiencies in its annual October 31, 2010 audited financial statements. As a result, the Company has filed on SEDAR restated financial statements and Management Discussion and Analysis for the year-ended October 31, 2010, and for the quarters subsequently ended on January 31, 2011 and April 30, 2011.
