TORONTO, ONTARIO - Hawk Uranium Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HUI - News; "Hawk") is pleased to announce that Noront Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:NOT - News; "Noront") has commenced the 2008 Exploration Field Programme on its 50/50 Joint Venture Property in the "Ring of Fire" McFaulds Lake Area, Northeastern Ontario.
