-          The Company continues to expand into the higher value professional services space adding legal advice to the recently launched financial and tax advice Q&A Apps.

Crowd Mobile Limited (ASX: CM8 & FWB-XETRA: CM3, Crowd Mobile, “the Company”) is pleased to announce that it has expanded its range of Question and Answer (Q&A) Apps in Australia after signing four new partnerships. The partnerships include Australian national law firm Go To Court Lawyers, leading Australian soccer star Archie Thompson, and two new culinary Apps from leading cooking teacher and author Tenina Holder and healthy whole food business Dineamic Australia Pty Ltd (Dineamic).

Revenues from the new Q&A Apps will be shared between Crowd Mobile and the partners. The Company will own the underlying technology of the Apps, which are based on the Company’s highly scalable and global Crowd Experts platform.

The first agreement is with online and over the phone legal Hotline service Go To Court Lawyers, a national law firm that provides fast access to legal advice and representation across Australia, through a network of more than 700 experienced and highly skilled lawyers. In an Australian first, users will be able to access expert advice from fully qualified solicitor for a small fee of $9.95 per question and, if required, be referred to a lawyer in the Go To Court Lawyers network through the Q&A App.

The Go To Court Lawyers partnership expands Crowd Mobiles footprint in the professional services space and provides access to the Australian personal legal services market, which according to IBISWorld is worth more than $7bn. Crowd Mobile already signed three financial and tax advice Apps in its portfolio.

The second agreement with A-League soccer star Archie Thompson which will allow fans to ask Thompson questions ranging from training and career advice through to insights into the world of a professional sportsperson, all for a modest fee.

Thompson is one of Australia’s highest profile soccer stars and holds the all-time goal scoring record in the A-League where he represented Melbourne Victory for the past 11 seasons. The A-League is the 15th most attended soccer league in the world with more than 1.8 million fans attending games last season. The game also has a large television following and was broadcast into 173 countries in 2014/15.

“The partnership with Go To Court Lawyers continues our expansion into the professional services space as we move the Q&A division into higher value segments. Like the financial services industry Apps we announced previously, our move into the legal sector provides a significant revenue opportunity with no material capital costs, said Crowd Mobile’s chief executive officer, Domenic Carosa

“We are also delighted to have Archie Thompson as a partner, offering fans the chance to interact directly through the App by posing questions to him. Archie has played a massive role in the growth of soccer in Australia over the past decade and this is a unique chance for fans to interact with a top level athlete.”

Go To Court Lawyers principal solicitor James Stevens commented: “This adds another avenue for our business to deliver on our objective of helping all Australians get access to a good lawyer when they need one, in quick time. Every year we connect thousands of Australians with a good lawyer when they need it and this Q&A App will mean we can now help even more people access our legal services.”

Archie Thompson said that the App provides him another avenue to interact with his fans who have meant so much to him throughout his career. “This is a great opportunity to get closer with my fans, who supported me and chanted my name from the terraces over the years,” he said. “To be able to share with them the insights that I have gained over my career means a lot to me.”

Crowd Mobile is also pleased to have signed partnerships that will expand its range of lifestyle Apps. The first, with Tenina Holder, will provide users with a place to go for specialist cooking tips, advice and insight from a leading Australian cooking teacher and author. Tenina Holder has a following of 100,000 across social media.

The second, with Melbourne-based prepared meal solutions business Dineamic will allow consumers to access professional nutrition advice from qualified and industry leading experts.
