Majestic Gold Retains Hong Kong Based Investor Relations Firm
Vancouver, British Columbia, March 5, 2012 – Majestic Gold Corp. (TSX.V: MJS) (“Majestic”) is please to announce that it has retained the services of Quam IR, a division of Quam (H.K.) Limited (“Quam IR”) to enhance its profile in Asia and introduce the Company to potential investors in Asia.
Quam (H.K.) Limited (HKEx: 00952. HK) is a Hong Kong-based financial services group comprised of seven core businesses namely, Quam Securities, Quam Capital, Quam Asset Management, Quam Private Equity, Quam Financial Management, Quamnet.com and Quam IR. Quam IR has an extensive network in Asia, with a strategic presence and affiliations in countries like Japan, Thailand, Dubai and the PRC. In addition to having access to international markets, Quam IR provides both online and offline services such as online IR platforms, interviews, stock quotes, news flash reports, electronic communications to investors, and tradeshow events to companies to effectively distribute news and updates with considerable impact. In terms of its distribution channels, Quam IR has an impressive wide range of regional financial media channels, websites, and institutional access to Bloomberg, Reuters Xtra and Thomason ONE, which enables its news to reach up to 3,500 website in 70 countries.
The relationship between Majestic and Quam IR is at arm’s length, as the latter does not hold or have the right to acquire any shares of Majestic. Quam IR will be providing its service to Majestic between March 11th and March 26th at an anticipated cost of $7,800. Quam IR will be visiting our Song Jiagou Project and arranging meetings with media, analysts and potential investors in Hong Kong, coinciding with Mines & Money 2012.
