London - The Board of Motion Network Holding Plc is pleased to announce that it has posted to shareholders its Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2009 together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("the Notice").
The Annual General Meeting will be held at Crown House, 72 Hammersmith Road, London W14 8TH on Wednesday 6 January 2010 at 10:00 a.m. All the relevant documentation in respect of the Annual General Meeting is available in electronic form to download at the Company’s website at www.mnhplc.com
