MPH Godfrey Gold Drill Program Extended, West Timmins, Ontario
Vancouver, BC – MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS) (FWB: IJA1) (the “Company”) is pleased to report that the Godfrey Gold drill program has been extended, based upon the geological results of the first two drill holes. The 100% owned Godfrey Gold Project is located 20 km west of Timmins, Ontario and 9 km northwest of the Lakeshore Gold Timmins Mine.

Two diamond drill holes have been completed to test the prospective Induced Polarization (IP) chargeability anomaly identified during the fall 2009 geophysical program. The anomaly is coincident with a resistivity anomaly extending for 275 metres across the south portion of the Godfrey Gold property.
This area is host to a 125 metre long trench within a highly altered felsic intrusion. The trench contains multiple quartz veins and shear structures containing pyrite, chalcopyrite, galena and visible gold. Grab samples have returned significant assay results of up to 429 g/t Au (13.8 oz/ton Gold).
Both holes intersected wide sections (+60 metres) of the heavily altered felsic intrusion. The quartz sericite alteration contains quartz veins and fine disseminations of pyrite.

Based on a visual examination of the core from the first two holes, a third hole has been initiated which will test the altered intrusion at a depth below the two initial holes.
