Rock Tech Lithium Inc. Extends Agreement with Technical Geological Adviser

Rock Tech Lithium Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the continued business relationship with Arriva Management Inc. ("Arriva"). Arriva will continue to provide technical geologic and strategic consulting to the Company. Arriva's technical team is providing vital support in collecting and analyzing data from the recent channel sampling program and planning the next stages of exploration and development at the Georgia Lake lithium project.

As partial compensation for the services to be provided, Arriva will receive $39,000 worth of common shares of the Company. The common shares will be paid in tranches after services have been rendered, per the Policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The agreement and all securities proposed to be issued thereunder are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
