ROME RESOURCES LTD. COMPLETES PURCHASE OF CONCEPCION AND SAN JOSE COPPER PROPERTIES, INGUARAN AREA, MICHOACAN, MEXICO
ROME RESOURCES LTD. COMPLETES PURCHASE OF CONCEPCION AND SAN JOSE COPPER PROPERTIES, INGUARAN AREA, MICHOACAN, MEXICO
Rome Resources Ltd. has completed purchase of the San Jose and La Concepcion concessions in the Inguaran Area, Michoacan, Mexico. These properties, shown in Figure 1, total about 120 hectares and are focused on high grade copper breccias. However, Rome’s main focus of exploration at Inguaran is on major porphyry style copper-tungsten occurrences 6,000 meters southwest of these properties (purple, Fig. 1).

Rome completed purchase of these properties by completing option payments on the 22nd of October 2009 to the previous owners Efrain Garcia Becerra and Ramon Garcia Villa. Rome now holds a total of about 7,040 hectares (Fig. 1: San Jose, Concepcion and black bordered La Verdosa and Inguaran [green area in northeast corner excluded] properties).
