Solarmag reaches agreement on further funding alternatives
Solarmag has reached an agreement with Capem Capital in the Netherlands where Capem Capital will assist Solarmag with alternative and strategic funding sources to support Solarmags growth and its future investment and development programme of renewable energy plants. Solarmag and Capem Capital have also agreed to establish a joint emerging markets venture to explore the possibilities in the emerging markets where the future energy demand will be very large. Capem Capital CV works with a large number of companies across business sectors and assists them with sourcing alternative funding mechanisms linked to business strategy requirements.
Solarmag PLC CEO & Chairman Lars-Erik Magnusson said: I am very pleased that we have reached this agreement with Capem Capital as this will give Solarmag access to a number of different financing alternatives to grow and even accelerate the business plan of Solarmag, including to enter in to emerging markets.
