Tangibal Group PLC: Placing Update
On the 1 February 2013 your Board announced that is had received a written request from CTS Tandem Solar GmbH and its director, Fritz Skrzypczak, for an extension of 4 weeks to complete the contracted £3 million investment in Tangibal Group Plc, which had been approved by shareholders on 14 January 2013.
Today your Board can confirm that unfortunately CTS Tandem Solar has failed to complete its contractual obligation to invest and that the Company is now seeking legal advice on pursuing CTS Tandem Solar and its representative Fritz Skrzypczak.
Your Board, as a result of this situation, has taken positive steps to re position the Group. In the last 3 weeks and in anticipation of the placing not being completed, the Company has significantly reduced its annual overheads and entered into negotiations with a number of new potential investors. These negotiations are progressing well.
Dominic Brookman, CEO, commented, “Despite this setback we remain confident that our core strategy and market sector will deliver positive returns.”
