Technopac International Inc. Secures Exclusive License for Global Distribution of Unique Non-PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) Food Packaging Stretch Film

Toronto, Canada, November 10, 2011, Technopac International Inc., http://www.technopacinternational.ca/, (Frankfurt: DE:T71) an environmentally conscious packaging company registered in Germany, is pleased to announce that the Company has been successful in acquiring the required licensing for worldwide distribution of the its environmentally friendly Non-PVC food packaging film.

The exclusive license Technopac has secured will enable the Company to distribute the Company’s revolutionary packaging film on a worldwide scale. Technopac’s unique non-PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride) food packaging stretch film was developed by a manufacturing company in India (“India Manufacturing”), under the trade name ewrap™.

Due to recent movements strongly encouraging environmentally friendly solutions, the Company is expecting a rapid development of the film sector. Consequently, Technopac is ultimately planning to open a manufacturing facility in Canada or USA to produce the ewrap™ film in the imminent future.

Ewrap™ is a unique non-PVC film resulting from a ten-year development program that offers the following benefits to food packaging of all kinds, both commercial and domestic:

• No health risk from leaching of plasticizer into packaged foods;

• No hazardous waste during production creating carcinogens;

• 30 to 40% reduction in packaging waste due to its lower density and gauge;

• Complete ability to be recycled or incinerated;

• Higher strength per unit;

• Can be extruded in very thin layers;

• Can be printed.

It was recently announced that the Technopac RB 80 product is initially slated for launch into the large bakery sector in North America and will subsequently expand to other regions. Subsequently the strategy is to follow up with a plan to implement an aggressive marketing plan to contact to Company’s extensive sales connections with large bakery concerns, and collaborate to provide solutions. For each RB 80 product placement, Technopac will bundle its machinery technology with polyethylene bread bag film (consumable) to be used over the life of each placement, ensuring a secondary significant and dependable maintenance revenues.

Technopac has secured the exclusive distribution rights to the North American, Central & South American and Russian markets for the RB 80 high speed bread packaging machine from its machinery technology partner in Italy. Used together with the ewrap™ film, this product can transform the cost efficiency and waste reduction of bakeries throughout the world.
