TERRA VENTURES Announces Grant Of And Repricing of Stock Options

Terra Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: TAS) wishes to announce that the Company has amended the exercise price of 2,985,000 outstanding stock options from the original exercise prices between $1.00 and $1.40 to a new price of $0.65, subject to regulatory and, in the case of options granted to insiders, shareholder approval.

In addition, the Company is pleased to announce the grant of incentive stock options to purchase up to 750,000 shares @ $0.65 for a period of five years.
