Titan Uranium Inc.: Ur-Energy Discontinues R-Seven/Rook I Option

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada March 20, 2008 - Titan Uranium Inc., (“Titan” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: TUE) announces it has received formal notification from Ur-Energy Inc. (Ur-Energy) that Ur-Energy has elected not to continue its earn-in on the R-Seven/Rook I Option Agreement effective March 17th, 2008.

As per Titan’s March 3rd (2008) press release, the 75,698-hectare R-Seven and Rook I properties were the subject of a 14-hole (3213.4 metre) diamond drill program in the fall of 2007. Drilling intersected structural disruptions and alteration commonly associated with uranium mineralization. For most of the intervals assayed, uranium values were low or only slightly anomalous. However, one hole testing an offset of the main electromagnetic conductor did encounter elevated uranium values (up to 105 ppm U3O8).

Titan has scheduled additional geophysical surveys and follow-up diamond drilling for the R-Seven/Rook I properties in 2008. Additionally, the Company has expanded its land holdings in the area by staking four claims (13,894 hectares) along the south margin of the properties.
