Ximen Hires European Investor Relations Firm
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, March 21, 2014 -- Ximen Mining Corp. (XIM.V) (the "Company" or "Ximen") is pleased to announce that it has retained Star Finance GmbH, an investor relations firm from Switzerland ("Star Finance") as the Corporation European investor relations counsel.
Star Finance GmbH, run by Michael Adams, is one of the founding members of Stockteam Germany -- a network of Europe-based individual investor relations companies and communication specialists (www.stockteam-germany.com). Stockteam Germany is a one-stop-shop for European investor relations and corporate communication activities and is offering a large variety of state-of-the-art services to its clients, including lead generation, media coverage and dissemination (on- and offline), news release translation and dissemination, social media relations, online investor video conferences, institutional roadshows and (dual-) listing assistance for German stock exchanges. These activities are long-term focusses and bundled into tailor-made packages for each individual client.
Star Finance will provide investor relations, marketing and consultant services for the European market for Ximen Mining Corp. for a period of twelve months. Star Finance will be paid a monthly fee of 3,000 EUR plus allowable disbursements.
Ximen Mining Corp. is a publicly listed company trading on the TSX Venture (XIM), and is in the process of filing for a listing on the Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Berlin Stock Exchanges (IXM) in Germany.
