African Metals Corporation Retains Axino AG for European Investor Relations
VANCOUVER, BC – African Metals Corporation (TSX Venture Exchange: AFR) is pleased to announce that it has retained Axino AG of Germany to undertake investor relations activities on behalf of the Company in Europe.
Axino AG will receive quarterly remuneration of EUR 6,000 and 300,000 incentive stock options, exercisable at $0.33 for 5 years from the date of grant, all subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The options are subject to vesting provisions.
