BONIFAZ GOLD PLC COMMENCES OPERATIONS AT THE ISABEL, ELOGIO AND CARMEN ROSA CONCESSIONS.

London, November 21 2011. BONIFAZ GOLD PLC, (BOG.F – WKN: A1H5HC) announces the deployment of engineers and geologists at its Isabel, Eulogio and Carmen Rosa mining concessions in order to determine the areas where mining will start in a few months. In addition to determine the mining areas the Company’s engineers will also determine the optimal metallurgical process needed to recover the gold. These 750 hectare concessions, have siderite outcrops with quartz mineralized structures that contain substantial quantities of gold. Studies have determined 30 million tons of siderite outcrops with a grade of 2.04 grams of gold per metric ton. Considering only the outcrop, with out taking into consideration what is below ground, there is estimated to be 61,200,000 grams of gold, which is 1,976,642.22 troy ounces, or US$ 3 billion at current market price (before extraction cost).

Oscar A. Bonifaz, CEO states, “we are all very exited about the commencement of operations at our Isabel, Eulogio and Carmen Rosa concessions and expect to be reporting production in a few months. The deployment of our engineers, for prospecting the specific areas where product will begin has been done successfully and we should expect news from the engineering team very soon”. He also stated, “These concessions are extremely they are strategically located next to the city of Oruro and very close to the city of La Paz. He added, “We will continue to inform our shareholders of all the mining and prospecting news”.
