BONIFAZ GOLD PLC FILES ITS 2011 AUDITED FINANCIAL REPORT.
London, May 8th 2012. BONIFAZ GOLD PLC, (BOG2.F – WKN: A1H5HC) Luis Fernando Quiroga, CFO of BONIFAZ GOLD PLC has announced the filing of BG’s 2011 Audited Financial Report and financial highlights. The full details can be viewed in the company’s website. “I am very pleased to report per our audited financials total net shareholder equity of € 159,002,200 and after our February 2012 share consolidation current net shareholder equity of € 1.47 per share.
Oscar A. Bonifaz, CEO states, “We are very pleased to show our shareholders the financial substance of Bonifaz Gold Plc., with the release of our 2011 audited financial reports. We have many exciting things happening in 2012 for the Company. We commenced mining gold in November of 2011 and plan to soon begin delivering gold ore to the mill for processing. Furthermore we have recently done a further metallurgical test that has proven rich content of gold in the ore. The Company has committed to change its listing status on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange to the Entry Standard level this year and will soon have further news on this”. He added, “We look forward to continued success for our shareholders and will keep them informed of all events”.
