Montreal, Quebec, Canada, December 15th, 2010 - Brac Systems Inc. (OPEN MARKET- Frankfurt Stock Exchange)
Brac Systems Inc. (“Brac Systems” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has entered into a management consulting agreement with Phoenix Alliance Corp. (“Phoenix Alliance”).
Phoenix Alliance Corp., a business consulting firm based in Surrey, British Columbia, has been retained to provide strategic planning and consulting services to support Brac Systems with its corporate and financial development. Phoenix Alliance will assist the Company in securing financing on a best-efforts basis, as well as assist the Company with its going public process in Canada.
