Trivello Announces Private Placement
October 6, 2010 - Trivello Energy Corp. (TSX-V “TRV”; Frankfurt “T6U1”) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce a private placement of 1,100,000 units at a price of $0.12 per unit for gross proceeds of $132,000.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company for two years, at a price of $0.13 per share.
