Zurich, 7th June 2011, Zurich Capital Markets AG (“ZCM” or “the Company”) announces that Dr Christian Kruse will join the Company as CEO with immediate effect andwill also join the board of directors subject to approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be convened in the third quarter.
