Shareholders’ announcement on gaining control over Genesis Energy
Yesterday and today the Company was informed that the new shares generated by the Company were credited on the trustee accounts of the investors participating in the capital increase decided on the Annual General Meeting held on 19 April, 2010.
The new shareholders are as follows:

Mohikan Development CC 5 684 000
Logical Mining CC 5 274 958
Calypso Mining Advisors CC 26 639 579
Vital Source SA 4 809 600
Total: 43 160 280
The introduction of the shares to the stock exchange can be effected only after closing of the public purchase offering made by the above parties acting in concert. According to the information of the Company, the preparation of the public purchase offering is in progress.
