Topmac Holdings PLC t/a AURUMEX retains auditors & director change
London, UK, 27.06.2011 -- Topmac Holdings PLC t/a AURUMEX (trading on The Frankfurt Exchange WKN: A1CX2W Symbol: LP7) today announces it has retained external accountants and auditors. There has also been a change in Directors.
Topmac Holdings Plc has retained Menzies LLP in Surrey England to prepare the Company’s financial statements to conform with IFRS standards. These statements will be available, unaudited, in early July 2011. In addition, the company has also retained Grant Thornton UK LLP in England to be the Company’s external auditors of record.
In addition to auditing the Company’s financial records, Grant Thornton will also be reviewing the Company’s prospectus, which will be completed in July 2011 for filing with BAFIN, the German financial authority. The audited financial statements will be available for review and to be filed in mid July 2011.
Bernardo Vergara, Chairman of the company recently resigned due to personal issues and in his place the company has appointed Stephen Alger, resident of Alberta, Canada. Stephen brings with him over forty years of business experience and has been actively involved in ranching and farming in recent years after being a landman in the oil business. Among his other business interests include jewelry manufacturing in Korea, China and Indonesia for the American market.
