Solarmag change name to MagnInvest
Solarmag Plc has changed name to MagnInvest Plc and the share is now traded under the new ISIN: GB00B54V3C62 and ticker: M7G. At the same time a reverse split has been performed due to requirements of all companies listed on the Frankfurt stock exchange open market. The nominal value of €0,01 has been changed to €0,10 on the 28th of September through a 10 to 1 reverse split. This means that shareholders of Solarmag Plc will have a tenth as many shares in MagnInvest Plc with 10 times higher nominal value.
