Delisting of the New African Mining AG from the Frankfurt stock exchange as of 30 September 2008.

Dear New African Mining shareholder

We are pleased to announce that we have been excluded from the Frankfurt stock exchange as of 30 September 2008. As a result exchange trading of the shares has been cancelled. The shares you have acquired are still recognised with all rights attached thereto.

The inclusion in the Frankfurt Open market was a very unsatisfactory time for the company and its shareholders. When we formed the company and decided on a listing, it was based on agreements and undertakings, by a number of service providers in the market. The goal was to create a diversified and stable shareholder base. This did not happen and furthermore some shareholders sold their shares into a market which was not even existing as a result the share price fell. We are in process preparing a number of legal actions at present reclaiming shares and in some instances damages, from the various parties. Once we have completed this process, have some good operative results and gave the market time to stabilize we shall seek a quotation on the London AIM via a top brokerage house.

The company has in the last week finalised agreements to acquire the Schmidtsdrift mine from Lonrho Mining. This is an exciting opportunity for the company to grow its asset base and create shareholder wealth. On completion of the acquisition it will add substantially to the earnings of the company.
