The Company Realizes First Revenues Ahead of First Quarter Pro Forma

Salt Lake City, Utah. Vida Green, Ltd. (dual listed on the Deutsche Boerse, Frankfurt and Bermuda Exchanges),  (VDG), a Bermuda publicly listed company that develops and markets green, natural and organic products for diverse industries, today announced first 2015 revenues.

“We have been on the cutting edge of Electrolyzed Oxidative Water machine (EO machines) development in companies that we worked with prior to founding Vida Green, which gives an impressive contact pool for equipment placement. EO machines create a powerful, green and natural restructured water that has proven highly effective in the cleaning and sanitizing industries. Large companies have been anxious for us to provide state-of-the-art EO machines to meet their cleaning and sanitizing needs. We expected to place our first EO machines in the 2nd quarter 2015, but we have accelerated the process,” said John Hopkins, Vida Green’s CEO.

“EO machines’ prices are dependent upon size and manufacturing capacity. We sold our first large EO machine this week to one of our affiliates, Zerorez Franchising Systems (ZFS), a substantial national carpet cleaning franchise company operating the the US. ZFS has an exclusive license, which allows only  it to use the water manufactured by EO machines in the US carpet cleaning industry. We have 2 more large machines to be purchased by ZFS shortly.”

“In addition to the EO machines sold to ZFS, we have 2 more EO machines ready for placement through our agriculture division to clean large apple orchards in the northwest US. This is a springboard to the entire apple cleaning and sanitizing business in the US, which is considerable,”  said Randall Waters, Vida Green’s Director of Sales.

“Between the EO machines purchased by ZFS and the EO machines rolling into the apple business, Vida Green can realize over a quarter of a million dollars in revenues in EO machine sales alone in the coming months, well ahead of our projected sales,” said Hopkins. “We are very pleased with our progress and look for a very good 2015 first quarter.”
