Vida Green, Ltd.  Signs Letter of Intent with Purity Assurance NW, LLC

 Successful Marketing Company will Spearhead Marketing Vida Green’s Products to the Massive US Apple, Pear and Cherry Markets

23. Oct. 2014. Salt Lake City, Utah. Vida Green, Ltd. (dual listed on the Deutsche Boerse, Frankfurt and Bermuda Exchanges), (VDG), a Bermuda publicly listed company that develops and markets green, natural and organic products for diverse industries, announced today that it signed a letter of intent with Purity Assurance NW, LLC to jointly market its agriculture products to the US fruit industry primarily in the apple, pear and cherry markets.

The revenues from the apple, pear and cheery markets in the northwestern United States exceeds $2B annually and represents fifty percent (50%) of the annual US consumption of these products. In addition, international export of these products is approximatley thirty percent (30%) of the total annual crop.

We know that a partnership with Purity Assurance NW will help Vida Green compete for revenues in the apple, pear and cherry markets.”
